I am writing to advise that the Middlesex Executive has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting that is scheduled to be held on the 19th of June, due to the exceptional circumstances related to Covid-19. We recognise the requirement to hold an Annual General Meeting during the course of the year and are hoping to reschedule the meeting to October. I will confirm the final date when a number of matters have been resolved. We will also investigate how best to hold the meeting, should restrictions remain in place about large gatherings and/or to accommodate members who may prefer not to travel to and participate in a face to face meeting.
